The large, bright open-plan kitchen and dining room forms the heart of the home and is ideal for sociable family holidays. The well-equipped kitchen offers a good range of appliances and plenty of workspace, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to celebratory meals. The dining area is perfectly positioned to take in the stunning sea views over Swanage Bay, creating a memorable setting for family meals.

Off the kitchen is a separate utility room with washer/dryer and a side door leading to steps down to the garden. From the dining area, two sets of doors open onto outdoor terraces, one providing a peaceful spot to relax under the evening stars, and the other leading to the hot tub, overlooking the garden.

The beautiful, generously sized garden is accessed from the terrace or side door, with steps leading down to a large lawned area, perfect for children to play and adults to relax in the sun. At the end of the garden, a gate leads onto a shared walkway, providing a convenient and more direct pedestrian route into Swanage town.
